Timber Door Lockers
There are locations where a locker with a painted steel door is not quite suitable. To meet the need for a locker with a more up market appearance, GS Industries offer a range of Timber Door Lockers. Unlike the more costly all timber lockers, these lockers are made from a mild steel carcass onto which is mounted a wood effect door. This makes each locker highly attractive, suitable for executive offices and golf clubs, at the same time being very strong and highly cost-effective.
Each door is mounted in front of the locker carcass for strength and resistance to impact damage. The two part adjustable hinges allow the door to open to just over 90 degrees, making it easy for several users to access their lockers simultaneously. The carcass is a heavier duty one than standard to support the weight of the tough door, which is made from a foil wrap over a composite core.
There is a choice of footprints, numbers of doors and door finishes. Standard foot prints are 300mm (w) by 450mm (d) and also 380mm (w) by 380mm (d). These lockers come in one tier, two tier, three tier and four tier variants. There is a choice of two door colours as standard, Light Oak and Medium Oak, as well as optional patterning to either colour. As a finishing touch, end panels are available to conceal all but the barest minimum of the steel carcass.
All the sheet steel parts in the Timber Door Locker range are finished with an attractive gloss powder coating which includes Germ Guard. Not only does this make the insides of the lockers easy to clean, but provides protection for the users. Germ Guard is an antibacterial paint that is proven to reduce the spread of E.coli and MRSA.
